DAY 1: HANOI - ARRIVAL (D)

 
► Arrive in Hanoi, relax at the hotel, watch Water Puppet Show, have dinner at local restaurant
 
Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties. 
 
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in. 
 
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)

 
► Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature
 
08.0AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then you will start the Hanoi city tour 
You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Hanoi Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. The tour will end at about 04.00PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B, L, D)

 
► Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
 
08.00AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands. 
 
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY - HANOI - FLY TO DANANG - HOI AN (B, L) 

 
► Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Fly from Hanoi to Hoi An, Free time in Hoi An
 
We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise. 
 
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. 
 
After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.

At 10.30AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
 
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
 
About 04.30PM, you will arrrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
 
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Danang. When arriving at the airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel by our tour guide and driver.

DAY 5: HOI AN - TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE BY BIKE (B, L)

 
► Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village, Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest, enjoy lunch at local family. Foot massage with traditional herbs.
 
08.30AM: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle  around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
 
 
Experience become a farmer at Tra Que village - Quảng Nam, Vietnam
 
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
 
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
 
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
 
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
 
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others. Take a short rest before returning to your hotel about 15h30. Free time at your leisure.

DAY 6: HOI AN - FREE AT LEISURE (B)

 
► Free day to relax in Hoi An
 
Today you will have free time to discover more about Ancient Hoi An City. Maybe you like enjoying the low-paced ambiance of Hoi An deeply by relaxing at the resort or walking around the ancient town. Beside you could ride bicycle about 4km from the town to visit Cua Dai Beach for relaxing and sunbathing.

DAY 7: HOI AN//DANANG - HO CHI MINH CITY (B)

 
► Free time in Hoi An, fly to Ho Chi Minh city
 
After breakfast, is your free time to walk around the Hoi An ancient town, go shopping, admiring the ancient architecture or relax at the beach. 
 
About 02 hours before the flight, our driver will come to your hotel and drive you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City - one of the most modern cities in Vietnam which give you a fascinating insight into rich culture and history . When arriving at the airport, you will be taken to your hotel to check -in.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH CITY HALF DAY TOUR - CU CHI TUNNELS (B, L) 

 
► Visit Cu Chi Tunnels in the countryside and the highlights in the city centre
 
08.30AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops.

After the lunch in the local restaurant, in the afternoon, you will have a city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas.
 
About 04.30PM, the tour finshes and you will be dropped off at your hotel and then you are free to relax.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY - MEKONG DELTA - HO CHI MINH CITY (B, L)

 
► Explore Mekong Delta
 
07.30AM: Heading out of the town, we set forth to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam's largest granary. 
 
The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Binh Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have an optional lunch. After lunch, we can walk around this orchard & enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music in the ancient house. Walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Optional biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. The cruise will end at Vinh Long city! Then transfer to Ho Chi Minh city by your private car.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY - SIEM REAP BY FLIGHT (B, D) 

 
► Free day in Ho Chi Minh city, Fly to Siem Reap, Enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance
 
After breakfast, it is your own free time till our private airport transfer for your flight to Siem Reap.
 
Arrive in Siem Reap, picked up and transferred by guide and driver. You are free to relax in the swimming pool after the flight.
In the evening, you cannot afford to miss the chance to enjoy dinner with the traditional beautiful Apsara Dance. Starting by the movements with deftness and deliberation, the beautiful artists in the sophisticated silk-made tunic will get you amazed by the exquisiteness and enthusiasm with warm smiles.

DAY 11: SIEM REAP - ANGKOR TEMPLES (B, L)

 
► Explore the Angkor Complex
 
Beat the crowd early morning by 7.00 am, visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever. And continue to visit the intricately carved Khmer ruins at Angkor Wat - one of the world’s most impressive ruins. The temple still owns fine Apsara carvings in Angkorian era art. Lunch at a local restaurant.
 
Afternoon, explore the mysterious Royal city Angkor Thom & Bayon temple. Its 54-tower temple is an awesome sight. At first glance it seems a shapeless mass of stone, but further scrutiny reveals a face, and then another and another until suddenly you are engulfed by the silent, heavy, enigmatic and silent gaze through half-closed eyes, staring out from a primitive and remote time. Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphou, Elephant Terraces, Lepper King Terrace and Royal Place area. 
 
Transfer back to your hotel and free at leisure.

DAY 12: SIEM REAP - TONLE SAP LAKE (B, L) 

 
► Explore the floating life in Tonle Lake
 
After breakfast at hotel, we drive for about 1 hour to Kampong Phluk Floating Village. Kampong Phluk is a permanent settlement on the Tonle Sap Lake with a small land based village attached to it. Its remarkable mangrove forest which is unique in the Siem Reap area. You will board a local boat and cruise the waterways observing the authentic and diverse lifestyle of the local floating community. Disembark at a traditional house on stilts where a catered lunch is set up for you. Admire the simple, yet fascinating lifestyle and interact with your host to learn more about living on the water. Transfer back your hotel with remainder of day free at your leisure. Dinner on your own.

DAY 13: SIEM REAP - LUANG PRABANG BY FLIGHT (B) 

 
► Fly from Siem Reap to Luang Prabang
 
It is your time to enjoy your last wonderful moments in Siem Reap.
 
03 hours prior to your flight time, our driver will come and pick you up for airport transfer. After your flight to Luang Prabang, a former capital city and now a UNESCO World Heritage site, you will be welcomed by our tour guide and driver. Located in northern Laos, at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers, this sacred city boasts golden-roofed wats, saffron robed monks and remnants of French colonial architecture. Free to relax in Luang Prabang.

DAY 14: LUANG PRABANG CITY TOUR (B, L)

 
► Join the Luang prabang city tour, visit Kuangsi Waterfall & Phousi Mount
 
Start your city tour at the former Royal Palace, now the National Museum, where you will explore the history of Laos. Continue on foot to Wat Mai temple, a temple renowned for its golden bas-relief, and Wat Sensoukarahm temple, which features a beautiful dazzling golden façade. Next we visit Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Aham, next we visit Wat Xieng Thong temple, the most revered temple in Luang Prabang. Located at the end of the peninsula, close to the Mekong, this temple was built in 1560 by King Setthathirat and is decorated with ornate carvings and mosaics.
 
PM: We continue our excursion towards Khouangsi Waterfall, stopping to visit some ethnic minority villages and see how these colorful people live. Once at the falls you can swim in the turquoise pools or walk along forest paths. We return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and continue to climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the night market, where you can find a wide collection of handmade textile by local and hill tribe people in the surrounding towns before transfer to the hotel for relaxing.

DAY 15: LUANG PRABANG - PAK OU CAVES BY BOAT (B, L) 

 
► Visit Pak Ou caves by boat
 
An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning alms giving ritual to saffron-clad monks "Tak Bat". This tradition is unique to Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving this procession.

We then board an upstream cruise on the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside. We’ll make sure to stop at the Pak Ou Caves, sanctuaries consisting of two large caverns, both repositories for thousands of Buddha images. We will also stop at a few villages during the day, including Ban Xanghai where the local rice wine is produced.  We return to Luang Prabang and continue to Ban Xangkong, a village well known for silk hand weaving and making traditional Saa Paper. Transfer back to hotel.

DAY 16: LUANG PRABANG - DEPARTURE (B)

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
 
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
 

1/ Prices

 
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
 

2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel

 
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
 
3/ Deposit
 
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
 
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
 
4/ Full payment
 
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
 
5/ Vouchers
 
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
 

6/ Refund of Unused Services

 
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
 

7/ Changes made by The Customer

 
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
 
Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
 
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
 

8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel

 
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
 

9/ Cancellation made by The Customer 

 
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
 
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
 

10/ Force Majeure

 
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
 
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
 
11/ Travel Documentations 
 
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
 
12/ Insurance
 
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
 

13/ Luggage Allowance

 
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
 

14/ Liability

 
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
 

15/ Complaints

 
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
