DAY 1: HANOI - ARRIVAL (D) 

 
► Arrive in Hanoi, Watch Water Puppet Show, Enjoy Welcome Dinner at local restaurant
 
Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties. 
 
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in. 
 
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and you will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)

 
► Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature
 
08.00AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then you will start the Hanoi city tour.
 
You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Hanoi Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. The tour will end at about 04.00PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B, L, D) 

 
► Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
 
08.00AM: The driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands. 
 
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, you will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending cooking class in the late afternoon.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY - HANOI - DANANG - HOI AN (B, BR) 

 
► Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Fly from Hanoi to Danang, Drive to Hoi An ancient town
 
You will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on a cruise. 
 
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. 
 
After breakfast, you will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next, keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life. 
 
At 10.30AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
 
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, you go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
 
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Danang. When arriving in Danang, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel in Hoi An ancient town by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
 

DAY 5: HOI AN HALF DAY WALKING TOUR (B) 

 
Enjoy a walking tour to see Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. Join in an interesting activity making a traditional lantern by yourself.
 
Hoi An is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century where a lot of merchant coming from all over the world frequented and traded the high quality silk still produced there. Today, Hoi An is an attractive destination that there is no Vietnam tour can skip, it famous for its Ancient Town, skillful tailor, and street cafes. Enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the ancient town centre to see Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge.

Next, continue with the last-but-not-least activity of the day. The highlight is to visit a lantern shop where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. You see the whole process then have a chance to create your own lanterns. You will be provided the bamboo that forms the base of your frame and colorful silk so that you can choose your own color pattern, and design. Once completed, you can take one as hand-made sourvenir as these lanterns are easy to fold and carry.

DAY 6: HOI - TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE BY BIKE (B, L)

 
Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village, Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest. Foot bath with medicinal herbs. Join in a mini cooking class & have lunchi n a local family house. Take basket boat ride along Bay Mau water coconut forest.
 
08.30AM: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle  around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village of Tra Que are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
 
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
 
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
 
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
 
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
 
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo - local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
 
After the tour, come back to your hotel and free at your leisure.

DAY 7: HOI AN - DANANG - HO CHI MINH CITY (B)

 
► Fly to Ho Chi Minh and enjoy city tour
 
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then get on 1 hour drive to Danang Airport for next flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon your arrival, our driver and guide transfer you directly to your hotel in the centre of city. Join in a tour of Ho Chi Minh City, visiting War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH CITY - CAN THO - CAI BE (B, L, D)

 
► Transfer from your hotel in Saigon and take you to Can Tho for embarkation on the cruise
 
In the morning we pick you up at your hotel in Saigon and take you to Can Tho. At 11:30 - 12:00, check in your cruise. 
 
You board your wooden river cruise vessel around noon. After a refreshing welcome drink we show you our on-board facilities and your cosy cabin. As lunch is served, the boat starts cruising. Sit back and watch the fantastic scenery and the daily life of the Mekong people.
 
In the afternoon you can disembark for a guided walk to a rural village or through the lush greens of orchards and rice paddies.
Get back on board and enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the magnificent water landscape of the Mekong River. The boat will anchor for the night. The day ends with a delicious on-board dinner. You stay overnight on board your floating hotel in the Mekong Delta. 
 

DAY 9: CAI BE - CAN THO - CAO LANH (B, L, D)

 
Watch the locals go about their daily work, join in excursion on rowing sampan, explore small canals of Tan Phong islet, discover Sa Dec.
 
Wake up well rested to the sound of the Mekong river and get ready for another exciting day of sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. At 6.30AM the cruise vessel sets off for a sunrise cruise. Watch the locals go about their daily work and building ships on the wooden yards while enjoying an early breakfast.
 
After breakfast, we will excursion on rowing sampan, exploring small canals of Tan Phong islet, coconut candy producing family. Bicycle ride on backroads or walk in a small village along the Mekong Canals. Then Panorama cruise towards Sa Dec and lunch on board.

In the afternoon, we will visit of ancient traders’ villa and pagoda in Sa Dec. Return to the boat for refreshment and to enjoy the sunset on deck at around 17:00. Dinner on board, night on board near Tan Thuan Dong.
 

DAY 10: CAO LANH - TAN CHAU (B, L, D)

 
► Take excursion to Tan Thuan Dong islet
 
Morning cruise and morning tea break served on board. After breakfast, you will take excursion to Tan Thuan Dong islet, walk in or bicycle trip around islet. It is the great time for you to enjoy the peaceful life on Mekong Delta and take wonderful photos. At noon, panorama cruise towards Tan Chau and lunch on board. Enjoy your time on board and watch the scenery on the mighty Mekong River. At around 17:00, it is time for cooking class on board or leisure time on top deck. Dinner on board, night on board near Tan Chau.
 

DAY 11: TAN CHÂU - PHNOM PENH (B)

 
► Check out of cruise, departure speedboat to Phnom Penh and check in hotel there
 
After breakfast served on board, you will check out of the cruise and departure to Phnom Penh by speedboat. Arrival at Sisowath Quay International Port in Phnom Penh (arrival time may vary due to current and immigration formalities) at around 13:00 – 13:30. Then transfer to hotel in Phnom Penh. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
 

DAY 12: PHNOM PENH CITY TOUR (B, L)

 
► Visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Tuol Sleng Museum, Killing Fields, Russian market and Watphnom Temple
 
Set out on a city tour to visit the Royal Palace built in 1866 by King Norodom; Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5,000 silver tiles and located within the Royal Palace compound, and visit Tuol Sleng Museum, a reminder of the Khmer Rouge regime. 
 
 
Toul Sleng Museum - Phnom Penh, Cambodia
 
The peaceful stretch of green fields of Cheung Ek may not indicate what kinds of horrors have taken place there. Situated 17km from Phnom Penh town, Cheung Ek was made famous by the movie “The Killing Fields”. Nowadays, a large memorial has been built to commemorate the 17,000 victims who died here under the reign of Khmer Rouge leader, Pol Pot. The remnants inside the memorial and the mass graves that dot the area remind you of the suffering of the victims. This journey into Cambodia’s past will provide you with a background on the cruelty of the Khmer Rouge regime. It will also give you an appreciation of the struggle that Cambodian people have faced and their tremendous courage to move on and rebuild their nation.
 
Continue to visit the Russian market and end the trip with a visit of the Wat Phnom Temple, Phnom Penh’s namesake, from where you can enjoy views over the tree-lined avenues of Phnom Penh during sunset.

DAY 13: PHNOM PENH - SIEM REAP BY FLIGHT (B, D) 

 
► Fly to Siem Reap, check in hotel, have dinner with Apsara Dance
 
After breakfast, our driver will pick you up at hotel in Phnom Penh then transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap. 
 
Welcome to Siem Reap - the charming relics of South East Asia
 
Arriving at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide outside the terminal and transferred to the hotel for check-in or luggage drop off if the room is yet to be ready for you. During the transfer, our guide will give you the introduction of Siem Reap City and general information about traffic, currency, shopping area and more. We will drive you around the city through Sivutha Street, Old Market/Pub Street and Wat Damnak bridge before going to your hotel so that you will have a good idea on where to spend at your own leisure time.

In the evening, you cannot afford to miss the chance to enjoy dinner with the traditional beautiful Apsara Dance. Starting by the movements with deftness and deliberation, the beautiful artists in the sophisticated silk-made tunic will get you amazed by the exquisiteness and enthusiasm with warm smiles. DAY 14: SIEM REAP - ANGKOR TEMPLES (B, L)

 
► Explore the Angkor Templex
 
Beat the crowd early morning by 7.00 am, visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever. And continue to visit the intricately carved Khmer ruins at Angkor Wat - one of the world’s most impressive ruins. The temple still owns fine Apsara carvings in Angkorian era art. Lunch is own account.
 
Afternoon, explore the mysterious Royal city Angkor Thom & Bayon Temple. Its 54-tower temple is an awesome sight. At first glance it seems a shapeless mass of stone, but further scrutiny reveals a face, and then another and another until suddenly you are engulfed by the silent, heavy, enigmatic and silent gaze through half-closed eyes, staring out from a primitive and remote time. Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphou, Elephant Terraces, Lepper King Terrace and Royal Place area. 
 
Transfer back to your hotel and free at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.
 

DAY 15: SIEM REAP - DEPARTURE (B)

 
► Transfer back to the airport for your onward flight
 
After breakfast at the hotel, if there is free time, you will have last minutes for going shopping some souvenirs or sightseeing before being transferred back to the airport for your onward flight. End of services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
 
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
 

1/ Prices

 
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
 

2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel

 
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
 
3/ Deposit
 
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
 
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
 
4/ Full payment
 
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.
 
All payments shall be made either by telegraphic transfer (Bank wire) to our company account:

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
 
5/ Vouchers
 
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
 

6/ Refund of Unused Services

 
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
 

7/ Changes made by The Customer

 
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
 
Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
 
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
 

8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel

 
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
 

9/ Cancellation made by The Customer 

 
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
 
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
 

10/ Force Majeure

 
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
 
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
 
11/ Travel Documentations 
 
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
 
12/ Insurance
 
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
 

13/ Luggage Allowance

 
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
 

14/ Liability

 
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
 

15/ Complaints

 
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
