When making a booking, you will need to advise us of your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours.

+ Pick up:
1. Our driver will wait for you at the airport’s arrival lobby with your name on a welcome sign.
2. ATTENTION: Only follow the driver who has a sign with both Vietour Travel logo and your name on it.
3. Please ask our driver to reconfirm your hotel address.
4. If you cannot find our driver, please go to information desk and contact us on hotline: +84 983 730 882
+ Drop off area:
Hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (if your hotel is in another area, rate will be different and we will contact you in that case).
+ Pick up time:
1. Our car will be waiting at the airport at least 45 minutes before and up to 2 hours after your provided arrival time.
2. If your flight schedule changes, please inform us at least 1 day before your arrival date. Or in urgent case, please call us on hotline +84 983 730 882
3. If there is any problem (eg: lost luggage...) and you need to stay inside the arrival hall for more than 02 hours, please let us know at hcns@vietourtravels.com - sales@vietourtravels.com or +84 983 730 882. We will procrastinate the pick-up service. Otherwise, the service will be fully charged.
4. If your flight arrives between 00:00 and 05:00 (in Hanoi), extra fee will be charged. (All information given in local time - GMT +7)
