DAY 1: HA NOI (D)

At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2: HA NOI – SAPA (B,L)
►Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature and Take night train to Lao Cai
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up to start the Hanoi city tour
You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Ho Chi Minh Complex
Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give you a great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. You will end the tour at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.
In the evening, about 08.30 PM, the guide will come to your hotel and transfer you to Hanoi train station for Lao Cai departure and spend whole night on train.
DAY 3: SAPA
►Visit Bac Ha Market (only open on Sunday), H'Mong King Palace, Ban Pho village, Transfer to Sapa
05.30 AM: You arrive at Lao Cai station, our driver and guide will meet up and drive about 1.5 hours to Bac Ha Market which opens only on Sunday. Along the way, we will have chance to enjoy beautiful mountainous scenes and rice paddy fields.

Bac Ha Market
After having breakfast in a local restaurant, we will head to Bac Ha Market. In the Market, we will see the local selling and exchanging their goods and products, witness the traditional clothes and daily custom of them.
Next, it is the time to visit H’mong King’s palace, an old building built by the French and Chinese. The afternoon time is devoted to a light trekking to a village of Flower H’mong minority, Ban Pho. Local families will welcome and offer you some green tea, corn wine and short brief of their custom. Then, we will enjoy dramatic landscapes of the surroundings.
After the tour, we will transfer you to Sapa.

DAY 4: SAPA – HA NOI
►Go trekking in Lao Chai, Ta Van, Giang Ta Chai Villages to get closer to local life of Ethnic Minorities in Sapa. Take night train back to Hanoi
08h30am: The day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sa Pa valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6 km) En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight. Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well tended rice terraces on your way to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continuing through the colorful rice terraces you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River you will cross a small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement. Here you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses and some beautiful decorative patterns. We lunch in a home in the village. After lunch the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa.
Approx: 1-hour driving/ 4 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.

Then, you will be transfer back to your hotel. Take your luggage and then drive from Sapa to Lao Cai train station.

DAY 5: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY (B,LD)
►Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
05.30 - 06.00 AM: When arriving at the Hanoi Railway station, you will walk to the mini-hotel near the train station for a rest and breakfast.
08.00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.

Ha Long Bay
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.
Enjoy the superb dinner and stay overnight on board.
DAY 6: HA NOI- HA LONG BAY- HUE (B,BR)
►Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Fly from Hanoi to Hue, Free time in Hue
You will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on a cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, you will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next, keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.

At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, you go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Hue. When arriving in Hue, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Hue.
DAY 7: HUE (B,L)
►Enjoy a boat trip on romantic Perfume River, visit Hue with Lady Pagoda, the Emperor Tomb of Minh Mang and Khai Dinh as well as walk around the Ancient Citadel
08.30 AM: Our tour guide will wait for you at the hotel lobby to start the tour around Hue Old Citadel.
Rising up in the ancient land, you board on a private boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume River. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient royal tombs of emperors past, and visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop. Setting in the converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. From here you will take a drive to visit King Minh Mang tomb & King Khai Dinh tomb. Lunch at a local restaurant.

This afternoon you will join a tour of Hue City including the Old Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City - an amazing historic landmark in Hue - a definite must-see sight to learn more about the history and architecture that visitor should not miss when travelling to that peaceful area.

DAY 8: HUE- HOI (B)
►Be transfered from Hue to Hoi An, Enjoy the amazing Teh Dar show
After breakfast, it is your free time to until our driver and guide come to pick you up and drive to Hoi An - the ancient town of Quang Nam province. Let’s grasp this fortune to delight spectacular views of sky and sea when passing through many lovely red-tiled villages with fruit orchards. Check in hotel in Hoi An, then you are free to stroll along narrow streets decorated with hundreds of lanterns which creates a very special atmosphere.

At a scheduled time in late afternoon, walk by yourself from your accommodation to Hoi An Lune Center located in 1A Nguyễn Phúc Chu, Phường Minh An, Hội An, Quảng Nam to enjoy the fantastic Teh Dar show. The show starts at 18h00 and lasts 01 hour. You should be there 30 minutes before the show begins. After that, walk back to the town for a romantic dinner (dinner on your own) under the light of colorful lanterns and be surrounded by unique ancient architecture of local restaurants.

DAY 9: HOI AN (B,L)
►Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest. Join in an interesting activity making a traditional lantern by yourself.
08h30am: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.

Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
After lunch, free time and take a short rest before finishing the biking tour and continuing with the last-but-not-least activity of the day. The highlight is to visit a lantern shop where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. You see the whole process then have a chance to create your own lanterns. You will be provided the bamboo that forms the base of your frame and colorful silk so that you can choose your own color pattern, and design. Once completed, you can take one as hand-made sourvenir as these lanterns are easy to fold and carry.

DAY 10: HOI AN – HO CHI MINH (B)
►Fly from Danang to Ho Chi Minh
At a scheduled time, your private driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to transfer you to Danang airport. Take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be picked up and taken to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh. After doing the check in, you will be free on your own to walk around the city centre to get acquainted with the liveliness of this young city.

DAY 11: HO CHI MINH (B,L)
►Visit Cu Chi Tunnels in the countryside and the highlights in the city centre
08.30 AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops.
After the lunch in the local restaurant, in the afternoon, you will have a city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office, Chinatown and Ben Thanh Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas.
About 04.30 PM, the tour finshes and you will be dropped off at your hotel and then you are free to relax. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 12: HO CHI MINH- MEKONG- HO CHI MINH (B,L)
►Explore Mekong Delta
07.30 AM: Heading out of the town, we set forth to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam's largest granary. The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have an optional lunch. After lunch, we can walk around this orchard & enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music in the ancient house. Walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Optional biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. The cruise will end at VinhLong city! Then transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city by your private car.

DAY 14: MUI NE (B)
►Experience 02-hour lession of kitesurfing
At a scheduled time, depending on the location of your hotel, you will walk or be transfered by car to a meeting point where you will start one of highlighted activities of the tour with 02-hour lession of kitesurfing in Mui Ne.
In two hours you will learn all the basics of kiteboarding on the beach and in the end you might be able to get your first experience in the water. At Vietnam Kiteboarding School our first priority is safety. Thats why our kiteboard instructors will spend the first hours on land to explain you in detail about safety procedures and kite handling.
With guidance of your kiteboard instructor you will learn to build confidence to control the kite. You learn what to do in situations where you have to regain control of the kite and what to do in emergency situations.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
1/ Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
3/ Deposit
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
4/ Full payment
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
5/ Vouchers
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
6/ Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
7/ Changes made by The Customer
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
♦ Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9/ Cancellation made by The Customer
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
♦ Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
10/ Force Majeure
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
11/ Travel Documentations
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
12/ Insurance
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
13/ Luggage Allowance
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
14/ Liability
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
15/ Complaints
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
