DAY 1: HANOI - ARRIVAL (D)

Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties. 
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
 
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
 

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)

08.00AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then we will start the Hanoi city tour 
We will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. We will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam culture. Next we will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. We will end the tour at about 04.00PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B, L, D)

08.00AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands. 
 
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending cooking class in the late afternoon.
 
Enjoy the superb dinner and stay overnight on board.
 

DAY 4: HALONG BAY - HANOI (B, L)

We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise. 
 
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.

After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life. 
 
At 10.30AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
 
You leave the boat around 12:00 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
 
About 04.30PM, you will arrrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

DAY 5: HANOI - PHONG NHA (B)

You have free time in Hanoi to go shopping or relax in your hotel.
 
At a scheduled time in the afternoon, our private car will wait for you at the lobby of the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Dong Hoi. Upon arrival in Dong Hoi, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel in Phong Nha by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Phong Nha.
 

DAY 6: PHONG NHA NATIONAL PARK (B, L)

9h00AM: After the breakfast at your hotel, our tour guide will meet you with our friendly driver then they will transfer you into Phong Nha national park to get to Paradise cave. Hear the call of the wild and the sounds of primates bounce off the stunning limestone cliffs on waster Ho Chi Minh trails as the newly paved single lane road snakes through one of Vietnam’s most important conservation areas. 
 
You will continue the journey to visit the Paradise Cave. Paradise Cave is first discovered in 2005 by the British Cave Research Association, It’s a largest and most beautiful cave in the Phong Nha – Ke Bang area by British spelunkers. It is said that the cave's beauty is reminiscent of an imperial palace and very well presented with easy access, great walkways, and excellent feature lightingwhich makes it extra special. You take the buggy car from the parking to the foothills of the cave (2km). Admire countless stalactites with different shapes: Thach Thien Cung, waterfall Thien Ha, Quan Tien converging, Thap Lien flower...
 
Leave the Paradise cave for lunch at a local restaurant and take a rest to restore your  energy for an exciting adventure at Dark cave in the afternoon.

Once in Dark Cave, you will receive some necessary safety equipment before continuing on. You will have chance to try some adventure activities including two different ziplining opportunities: one which is combined with swimming in the Chay River, and one which will transport you across the river to touch the entrance of the Dark cave. It will be a 700m exploration of the cave and enjoyment of a highly adventurous mineral-mud bath inside the cave (but please kindly don’t expect it as a spa)!
 
Note: If time permits, you could enjoy swimming, jumping in cold water or kayaking at water sport in 60 minutes which is complimentary. 
 
At about 16:00PM: Back to your hotel by car. Overnight at hotel in Phong Nha.
 

DAY 7: PHONG NHA - DMZ - HUE (B, L)

At 08.00AM: Picked up by our guide and driver at your hotel for Phong Nha Cave. You will then take a 25 minute ride to the cave via traditional dragon boat. This cave is called a water cave as it exhibits an underground river. After going into the cave by boat, you will explore 300 meters into the cave on foot. Then, you will be taken back by boat. This cave is famous for its spectacular rock formations. It has been given names such as the “Lion”, the “Fairy Caves”, the “Royal Court”, and the “Buddha”.

Vinh Moc tunnels - Quang Tri, Vietnam
 
Afterward, head to the south on Highway One toward  Hue city. On the way, after lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit Vinh Moc tunnels, the refuge of some 400 north Vietnamese inhabitants during the bombing operation “Rolling Thunder“. You will continue to visit the Hien Luong Bridge over the Ben Hai River at the middle of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), the river that was the only true physical demarcation between North and South Vietnam. Then you will transfer to your hotel in Hue. Overnight in Hue.
 

DAY 8: HUE CITY TOUR (B, L)

08.30AM: Our tourguide will wait for you at the hotel lobby tostart the tour around Hue Old Citadel.
 
Rising up in the ancient land, you board on a private boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume River. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient royal tombs of emperors past, and visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop. Setting in the converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. From here you will take a drive to visit King Minh Mang tomb & King Khai Dinh tomb. Lunch at a local restaurant. 
 
This afternoon you will join a tour of Hue City including the Old Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City - an amazing historic landmark in Hue - a definite must-see sight to learn more about the history and architecture that visitor should not miss when travelling to that peaceful area.
 
After the tour you will be transfer back to your hotel. Free in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Hue.
 

DAY 9: HUE - DANANG - HOI AN (B, L)

08.00AM: Our guide and driver will go to your hotel to pick you up and we will head out of Hue to Ba Na Hills. Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour.

You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, witness the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City.
 
Have lunch at a restaurant on Ba Na Hills.
 
Afternoon: Free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park…
 
At about 15h00: Transfer from Ba Na Hills to Hoi An ancient town in about 01 hour.
 
Arrival in Hoi An and do check-in your hotel. Free time at your leisure. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.
 

DAY 10: HOI AN FREE TIME (B)

You will have a free day to explore the ancient town Hoi An.
 
In the past Hoi An was a busy commercial port where the traders around the world came and traded varying types of goods, from silk to ceramics. Some houses in the narrow streets are unchanged from the day they were built. You can follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market … Around the town you can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like.

DAY 11: HOI AN - HO CHI MINH CITY (B)

After breakfast, is your free time to walk around the Hoi An ancient town, go shopping, admiring the ancient architecture or relax at the beach. 
 
About 02 hours before the flight, our driver will come to your hotel and drive you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City - one of the most modern cities in Vietnam which give you a fascinating insight into rich culture and history . When arriving at the airport, you will be taken to your hotel to check -in.

DAY 12: HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS (B, L)

08.30AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. 
 
After the lunch in the local restaurant, in the afternoon, you will have a Ho Chi Minh city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas.

DAY 13: HO CHI MINH - CAI BE FLOATING MARKET - CAN THO (B, L)

07.30AM: Heading out of the town, we set forth to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam's largest granary. The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Binh Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have an optional lunch. After lunch, we can walk around this orchard & enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music in the ancient house. Walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Optional biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. The cruise will end at Vinh Long city! Then transfer to Can Tho by your private car.

DAY 14: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - HO CHI MINH CITY (B, L)

About 05.30AM: In the very early morning, your guide will take you to Cai Rang floating market where locals go to buy and sell a variety of fruits vegetables from boats of all sizes and which is the most original ones and bustling places of the region. If you have experienced many exciting days when traveling to Vietnam, surly you get out of bed early one day to witness this lovely local market to fulfill your Vietnam holiday. 
 
The boat trip will give you valuable chance to observe the unique "advertisement" of local business - "Cây Bẹo": Sellers tie their goods to a tall pole so that buyers can see from a distance what they are selling. Seat on local trading boat, witness boasting activities in market, find out local life in stilt house along river.
 
On the way back to Ho Chi Minh city, you will visit Vinh Trang pagoda - a combination of Asian and European pagoda. Lunch at a local restaurant on your way.

DAY 15: HO CHI MINH CITY - DEPARTURE (B)

Free time at your leisure, sightseeing, shopping, buy souvenirs, and take photos until be transferred to the airport for your onward flight (03 hours prior to your flight time). Thank you and see you again!

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
 
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
 

1/ Prices

 
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
 

2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel

 
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
 
3/ Deposit
 
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
 
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
 
4/ Full payment
 
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.
 
All payments shall be made either by telegraphic transfer (Bank wire) to our company account:

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
 
5/ Vouchers
 
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
 

6/ Refund of Unused Services

 
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
 

7/ Changes made by The Customer

 
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
 
Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
 
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
 

8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel

 
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
 

9/ Cancellation made by The Customer 

 
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
 
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
 

10/ Force Majeure

 
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
 
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
 
11/ Travel Documentations 
 
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
 
12/ Insurance
 
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
 

13/ Luggage Allowance

 
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
 

14/ Liability

 
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
 

15/ Complaints

 
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
