DAY 1: HA NOI (D)

Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties.
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.

After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2: HA NOI (B, L)
►Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then we will start the Hanoi city tour
We will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. We will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

One Pillar Pagoda
Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next we will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. We will end the tour at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.
DAY 3: HA NOI (B, L, D)
►Visit Moon Garden Home stay in Ky Son village and enjoy the traditional rural atmosphere
08h00: This morning we will transfer to Moon Garden in Ky Son village (60 km – 1.5 hour drive).
10:00 Arrive at Moon Garden Home stay in Ky Son village. Welcome drink with local fresh green tea. Free time for discovering Moon garden Home stay and Ky Son village by yourself (local market, kindergarten)

13:30 Hand Spa - Enjoy having your fingers dipped in a fragrant lime bowl and the traditional herbal hand massage
Then, free time for relaxing or further conversation with the host family about local snacks, sharing cultures, and learning about traditional customs. If you want to learn Vietnamese, one of the family members can teach you.
15:00 You can have choice of a short ride of 6 km or a long ride of 12 km round trip:
Short ride: Take a bicycle ride to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities to and stop at any home you like for a cup of tea. Visit the kindergarten (if open). Chat with local people about their daily life and farming. You can help with plowing or making rice beds, transplanting seedlings, harvesting rice (or cassava, corn, sweet potatoes...) depending on the harvest season.
Long ride: Take a bicycle ride with local guide to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities, Duong Lam ancient village and visit Mia Pagoda, Mong Phu Communal House... Then bike ride back along the ritual paths of Thang thac village to discover the Ngo Quyen tomb, Phung Hung temple.

18:00 Return to the Moon Garden for happy hour. While waiting for your steam bath to be prepared, you can enjoy our local drink and taste some of the local products such as maize, sweet potato, cassava, peanuts... (depending on season) or some traditional desserts.
18:30 Traditional, refreshing steam bath with fragrant herbs (Lemon grass, pomelo leaves, holy basil leaves).
19:15 Observe the evening Buddha worship.
19:30 Dinner; Then, enjoy your footbath in warm water with ginger, salt and mugwort medicinal herbs before bedtime, which brings you a deeper sleep.

DAY 4: HA NOI (B, L)
►Experience the local life in Ky Son by walking around. Transfer back to Hanoi. Enjoy the poetic and exotic My Village show
7:00 Joining Yijinjing traditional exercises.
7:30 Breakfast.
8:30 Walking around Ky Son village for further discovery of countryside, interacting with the locals to learn about their daily life and farming. Visit the villager's bee house. Or (if required) you can help with plowing or transplanting seedlings, harvesting rice (or cassava, corn, sweet potatoes, cucumber...) depending on the harvest season. You can visit the kindergarten (Closed on Sat , Sun, and Holidays) and go to the village market, then back to Moon Garden.
12:00 Lunch
13:30 Free time: You can make yourself at home relaxing on the hammock in our garden, taking pictures with Vietnamese traditional cloths and chatting with people or further discovery of the Ky Son village and the surrounding.
14h30: transfer back to Hanoi and do the check-in.
17h00: Your private guide will be waiting for you at your hote lobby and then will lead you to the theater for the impressive and exotic My Village show - a must see cultural show in Hanoi. After the show, come back to your hotel and free time at your leisure.

DAY 5: HA NOI- HA LONG BAY (B, L, D)
►Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
08.00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.

You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.
Enjoy the superb dinner and stay overnight on board.
DAY 6: HA NOI- HALONG BAY – HO CHI MINH (B, L)
►We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.

At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
You leave the boat around 12:00 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
About 04.30 PM, you will arrrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. When arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 7: HO CHI MINH( B,L)
►Visit Cu Chi Tunnels in the countryside and the highlights in the city centre
08.30 AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops.

Cu Chi Tunnels
After the lunch in the local restaurant, in the afternoon, you will have a city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office, Chinatown and Ben Thanh Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas.
About 04.30 PM, the tour finshes and you will be dropped off at your hotel and then you are free to relax. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 8: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG (B,L, D)
►Explore Mekong Delta, visit workshops, experience local life
At 08h00AM: Your private guide and driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby.
After 2 hours driving from HCM city, you will arrive Cho Gao distict of Tiên Giang province. Transfer to the local wooden boat to discover Tam Hiêp Island of Bên Tre province.
Take a wonderful excursion to cross 2 branches of Mekong river, called Cửa Đại & Cửa Tiểu, 30km far from the Eastern sea, we arrive to Giao Hòa village. Walk to the local house to see how they make sticky rice cake wrapped in banana leaves.

Come back to the boat, go to Long Thanh village. Stop to visit a local factory to see many kilns to make activated charcoal from coconut hard-shell.
The boat will take us to Tam Hiep island. Biking on small village paths through huge orchards to arrive special farm where they are planting the creepers (called LÁ SÂM in Vietnamese). We pick up some leaves for making & tasting this special herbal jelly.
Biking to the local house located in the middle of green orchards to enjoy our exotic lunch. After lunch, we can relax on the hammock before seeing their family making the brooms from coconut leaves.
Next, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time under the shade of water coconut. Walking to UT TRINH HOMESTAY for our check-in. Have the fresh shower, then go to the kitchen to help the family cooking some local dishes. Enjoy dinner with the lovely host!

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH- MEKONG- PHU QUOC (B,L)
►Explore lush green orchard, local market, primary school, honey bee's farm. back to HCMC and Fly to Phu Quoc, Relax at Phu Quoc beach
Having breakfast at homestay, have biking trip under the huge orchards on this island. We’ll come to visit the local market, buying something for our lunch. Visit the local workshop to see how she waves the scraps of fabric for carpets. Also, we can stop at the local primary school (closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) where we can play with children and give them some useful gifts for their daily life. Biking to the honey bee’s farm where we will observe the process to have longan honey. Taste honey mixed with tea + lime.
Bai Sao Phu Quoc
Come back our homestay for cooking the lunch. After lunch, check-out and say goodbye to the host. Back to Hòa Định ferry station. End the trip at Chợ Gạo!
Your private transfer will take you directly to HCM airport and then take a short flight to Phu Quoc Island – which was among top 5 hidden Islands of the world. Welcome on arrival and check in your hotel. Relax on the beach. Dinner on your own.

Day 10: PHU QUOC (B)

Today you are totally free at leisure to relax at your resort or on the charming beach. Enjoy delicious seafood and other cuisine. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Have breakfast and free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight back Ho Chi Minh City to connect your departure flight. Room is at your disposal until 12:00 noon only. Meals on your own. End of services.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
1/ Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
3/ Deposit
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
4/ Full payment
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
5/ Vouchers
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
6/ Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
7/ Changes made by The Customer
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
♦ Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9/ Cancellation made by The Customer
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
♦ Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
10/ Force Majeure
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
11/ Travel Documentations
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
12/ Insurance
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
13/ Luggage Allowance
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
14/ Liability
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
15/ Complaints
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
