Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties.
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and you will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HA NOI (B,L, D)
►Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature, Xiclo tour. Enjoy Hanoi foodie tour in the evening
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then you will start the Hanoi city tour
You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. The tour will end at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping or relax at your hotel.
At 06h00PM: your guide will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby to start Hanoi a mini food tour around Hanoi Old Quarter.
Hanoi Foodie tour takes hungry souls from around the world on Hanoi street food with typical dished that delight and excite the senses. Accompanied by our experienced local guide, you will learn about Hanoi’s famously food-obsessed culture and savor its best-loved dishes at hidden-away neighborhood gems.
The best way to approach a culture is to explore its cuisine. This tour also helps you discover the ancient Hanoi old quarter throught tasting its authentic local street food From Nom (Vietnamese salad with beef), Cha Ca La Vong (La Vong fried fish), Bun Cha (Vietnamese grilled pork with vemicelli) and end up with Ca Phe Trung - a blend of coffee and egg whites, folded with sugar. Seasonal Mixed Fruits is an option for who don’t “dare” to give Egg coffee a shot.

DAY 3: HA NOI- HA LONG BAY (B,L,D)
►Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Free time in Hanoi
08.00 AM: The driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, you will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.

DAY 4: HA LONG BAY- HA NOI (B, Br)
►Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Free time in Hanoi
You will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on a cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, you will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next, keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.
At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, you go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
About 04.30 PM, you will arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Day 5: HA NOI- NHA TRANG (B)
►Fly from Hanoi to Nha Trang
At a scheduled time, your driver will pick you up at your hotel to transfer you to Noi Bai airport. Take flight to Nha Trang.
Upon arrival in Nha Trang, you will be picked up and transfered to your hotel. Do check-in and free time at your leisure.
Overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 6: NHA TRANG (B, L)
Take full day to explore Nha Trang bay setting sail on Emperor day boat. Sunbathing on a mini private beach, have fun with snorleling and diving activities to observe the local sealife and coral. Visit floating village on basket boat. Have sumptuous lunch on board.
Today, let's have an enjoyable excursion discovering Nha Trang Bay on lovely and high-quality Emperor Cruise:
08.00-08.45: Shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Nha Trang Port to board the Emperor Cruise.
08.45-09.00: Arrival at the port where you will be greeted by the Experiences Manager with a welcome drink. Introduction to Nha Trang Bay, the locals, the food, the culture, the emperor, safety precautions, and the Emperor Cruises Junk. Start cruising through the spectacular landscape of Nha Trang Bay.

09.00-09.45: Continue to cruise pass by the Tam, Mot islands in Nha Trang Bay while guitar player will bring you deep in classical music. Your destination is a Mini Beach in Mieu Island
09.5-11.30: Arrive at Mini Beach where you can either go swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and enjoy some drinks and fruits. Alternatively, just relax under the big trees, enjoying the stunning views of the bay and Emperor Cruises’ sails against the clear blue waters of the bay.
Besides, there are many other activites on the beach which you can join such as Diving (included in price), Jetski, Para sailing and Banana boat (excluded in price).
11.30-14.00: After so many activities, you will surely be hungry. It’s time to go back the boat. You will be served a sumptuous set lunch on board with local beers, soft drink, fine wine, or premium spirits as the boat anchors near Hon Tre Island with its tranquil lagoon. Af the lunch, relax and go finishing on boat.
14.00-14.30: Visit Fishing farm for exploring the beautiful landscape by basket boat surrounding the finish villlage.
14:30-15:00: Cruise back to Nha Trang Harbor passing Vung Ngan floating village and Vinpearl Island, before catching a glimpse of the Bao Dai Villas as we return to the mainland.
15:00: At the port your Emperor Cruises Van will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

DAY 7: Nha TRANG (B)

You will have free day to relax on sunny beach of Nha Trang.

DAY 8: NHA TRANG- DA LAT (B)
►Be transfered from Nha Trang to Da Lat
At a scheduled time, your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby to take you from Nha Trang to Da Lat.
Once in Da Lat, do check-in and free at your leisure. Do not miss the chance to walk around this tranquil surrounding and feel the inherant peace of the city.

DAY 9: DA LAT (B, L)
08h00am: Your private guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. Then we will be heading to the countryside for a full day trip.
First stop, come to Van Thanh Flower village to get closer to the daily lives of local people.
Secondly, we will continue to cross Ta Nung pass, enjoy the whole view of Nam Ban town and the mighty sight of a huge jungle. Let’s stop at the Top of Dalat where you can have the panorama view of the countryside.
Thirdly, you will visit Highlands Coffee Plantation: tasting coffee (excluded fee) and learn about the coffee making process or you can buy some Vietnamese local original coffee for a gift or enjoy at home.
Next, take a walk around K’Ho minority village and go to a Silk Factory to watch the silkworm rearing and the process of silk making. Have lunch at local restaurant on the way.

After that, Linh An Pagoda with huge Happy Buddha can bring you happiness and luck basing on the belief of local people, and then let find out how they make local rice wine it and try a little bit !
For those who are interested in local and unique things, pay a visit at Cricket Farm to see how they grow crickets and if you want, you can taste fried crickets (included fees) and enjoy it as local people! How crunchy it is!
Finally, Elephant Waterfall - the widest waterfall of Lam Dong province is the last spot which will bring you refreshment before finishing the excursion.

►Be transfered from Da Lat to Mui Ne
At a scheduled time, your private driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby to transfer you from Da Lat to Mui Ne.
Once in Mui Ne, do check-in and free at your leisure. Take your time to sunbath on peaceful and sunny beach here.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
1/ Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
3/ Deposit
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
4/ Full payment
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
5/ Vouchers
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
6/ Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
7/ Changes made by The Customer
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
♦ Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9/ Cancellation made by The Customer
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
♦ Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
10/ Force Majeure
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
11/ Travel Documentations
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
12/ Insurance
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
13/ Luggage Allowance
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
14/ Liability
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
15/ Complaints
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
