Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties.
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and you will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HA NOI (B, L)
►Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then you will start the Hanoi city tour
You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.
One Pillar Pagoda
Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. The tour will end at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.
Day 3: HA NOI- HA LONG BAY (B, L, D)
►Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
08.00 AM: The driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, you will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.

DAY 4: HA LONG BAY (B,L,D)
►Have a full day to discover Halong Bay in further distance to the off - the - beaten track or less touristy areas in the bay
On this second cruise date, early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi class on the sun deck to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures.
After having breakfast with freshly fruit juices and local dishes, we will board on the day cruise boat, gather with other cruise passengers who join in the 3 days 2 nights cruise program. Continue discovering Halong Bay in the off-the-beaten-track areas; admire the majestic landscapes, be deep in the sea for swimming, enjoy kayaking, and so much more.
In the late afternoon you will be back on the cruise, take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure when the cruise head to the overnight area. Spend overnight time on cruise in beautiful Halong Bay
Day 5: HA LONG BAY- HA NOI- DA NANG- HOI AN (B, BR)
►Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Fly from Hanoi to Danang, Free time in Hoi An
You will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on a cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, you will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next, keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.
A Tai Chi Class
At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having lunch.
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, you go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
About 04.30 PM, you will arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Danang. When arriving in Hue, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6: HOI AN (B, L)
►Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest.
08h30am: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
the Tra Que vegetable village
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
After lunch, free time and take a short rest before returning to your hotel about 15h30. Free time at your leisure.

DAY 7: HOI AN (B)

Today you have free time to explore Hoi An by your way.
The Hoi An Ancient town isn’t the only thing to do in Hoi An! Instead, there’s a whole host of exciting places to explore. Hire a bike to wander along peaceful narrow streets to watch lanterns, visit local tailor shops, take a walk along Thu Bon River, enjoy the fantastic local cuisine or go to Cua Dai beach for a relaxing swim... You will never get bored staying there.

 DAY 8: HOI AN – NHA TRANG (B)
►Fly from Da Nang to Nha Trang, free at your leisure
Relax at your leisure until the driver comes and takes you to Danang airport. Take a short flight to Cam Ranh Airport. Our driver will pick you up and take you to your hotel in central Nha Trang. Do check-in and free time to explore this beautiful costal city.

DAY 9: NHA TRANG (B)
At 08h00am: Your private guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby.
Take a speedboat to Mun Island. The small island is named Hon Mun because in the southeast of the island, it has high-rise cliffs with dangerous wattles forming caves and grottoes, especially its stone are as black as ebony which could rarely be found in the other areas. In the blackstone caves on Hon Mun, every year flocks of swallow migrate to the area and build their nets. Due to the island’s location adjacent to the hot sea-currents from the equator, the sea bed of Hon Mun is suitable for the development of corals and various types of tropical sea creatures.
Hon Mun is not only a place where marine researcher, oceanographers and tourists are can observe and explore the sea creatures’ life and it is the best place for snorkeling in Vietnam. Snorkeling at 2 dive sites and enjoy fresh fruit, tea on board. You will enjoy diving (try one dive) and watching colorful corals and other sea creatures at 2 sites nearby Hon Mun. Tourists also can take glass-bottom boat to admire colorful corals and sea creatures, too (On own expenses).
After 06 hours of the tour, you will be transfer back to your hotel. Free time at your leisure.

Day 11: NHA TRANG – MUI NE (B)
►Be transfered from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. Free at your leisure
After the breakfast at hotel, do check-out and be picked up by your private car to head to Mui Ne. Drive 220 km (more than 4 hours) from Nha Trang to Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan province, an emerging destination for beach vacationers. Phan Thiet offers a varieties of activities for short break including beach sport, golfing at an 18 holes seaside course, sand dunes, river cruise trip, mountain trip, etc.
Once in your accommodation in Mui Ne, do check-in and free at your leisure.

Day 12: MUI NE (B)
►Get amazing views of costal line of Phan Thiet from balloon. Free time to relax in Mui Ne beaches
Today you will have unique opportunity to see Vietnam from the open 'cockpit' of a hot air balloon!
4:30-5:00 AM: pickup from your hotel or other place in Phan Thiet/Mui Ne
5:20-6:00 AM: start of flight
6:20-7:00 AM: landing, initiation ceremony for the first-time flyers
7:30-8:00 AM: transport back to your hotel or other place in the city.
Most of the time people fly near or over white sand dunes of Mui Ne. It's called the driest place in Vietnam. However, you will see not only dunes, but also desert lake and even swamps!
When winds are too strong in the dunes, they move further from the sea. Not-so-distand mountains, river, local villages and farmlands with grazing animals - it's a picturesque experience.
The adventure continues even after landing: experience special first - time - flyer ceremony, which takes routes in 18th century. Enjoy a glass of champagne in the morning like a true aristocrat, or drink chilled water - all up to you.
The whole adventure will take 3 - 4 hours. The flight itself shall take around 1 hour. In strong winds it could be shorter.
Many customers say this is a must-do while in Phan Thiet / Mui Ne. Others call it a highlight of their trip. Don't take their word - try yourself instead!

 Day 13: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH (B)
►Be transfered from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh city. Free at your leisure
After having breakfast at your hotel, your private car will take you to Ho Chi Minh city. It will tak about 04 hours going from Mui Ne to central Ho Chi Minh.
On arrival at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), after doing the check in, you will be free on your own to walk around the city center to get acquainted with the liveliness of this young city.

DAY 14: HO CHI MINH (B)
►Be transfered from your hotel to Ho Chi Minh airport for your next flight
Free at your own interest until the driver comes to your hotel to transfer you to Ho Chi Minh Airport for your next flight.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
1/ Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
3/ Deposit
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
4/ Full payment
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
5/ Vouchers
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
6/ Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
7/ Changes made by The Customer
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
♦ Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9/ Cancellation made by The Customer
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
♦ Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
10/ Force Majeure
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
11/ Travel Documentations
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
12/ Insurance
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
13/ Luggage Allowance
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
14/ Liability
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
15/ Complaints
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
