DAY 1: HA NOI (D)
►Welcome to Hanoi, see Water Puppet Show, have Dinner at local restaurant
Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties.
At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HA NOI (B, L)
►Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then we will start the Hanoi city tour
We will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. We will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.
Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next we will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. We will end the tour at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.

Day 3: HA NOI- HA LONG BAY (B, L, D)
►Transfer to Halong Bay, Explore the World Natural Heritage, Stay overnight on cruise
08.00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.

You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.
Enjoy the superb dinner and stay overnight on board.
DAY 4: HALONG BAY- HA NOI- HOI AN ( B, L)
►Enjoy the sightseeing in Halong Bay, Fly from Hanoi to Danang, Free time in Hoi An
We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.

Ha Long Bay
At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
You leave the boat around 12:00 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
About 04.30 PM, you will arrrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
Our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Danang. When arriving in Danang, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel by our tour guide and driver. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 5: HOI AN (B)
►Join walking tour in Hoi An Ancient Town
08.30 AM: Our guide will pick you up at the hotel and we start the walking tour in Hoi An Ancient Town.
In the past Hoi An was a busy commercial port where the traders around the world came and traded varying types of goods, from silk to ceramics. Some houses in the narrow streets are unchanged from the day they were built. We will follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market … Around the town we can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like. Overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 6: HOI AN- NHA TRANG (B)
►Fly from Danang to Nha Trang, Free to explore the beach city
Today we will leave Hoi An and transfer to Danang for a flight to Nha Trang which is regarded as the most beautiful coastal city of the country.
Arrive in Nha Trang, check-in hotel and enjoy the white-sand beach then. Nha Trang has earned good reputation as a premier beach resorts and with its warm spring water, blue sea and favorable waves, Nha Trang is best destination for snorkeling and scuba diving. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7: NHA TRANG (B)
►Free to relax at Nha Trang beaches
Today you will be free to relax. You may choose to snorkel or dive among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, cool off in your private plunge pool, indulge in spa treatments or just relax on the white sand beach and admire the unspoiled mountain and sea views before retiring for the evening. Overnight in Nha Trang.

►Free to relax at Nha Trang beaches
Free on your own. There are many exiting activities that you can choose to join in your free time: Swimming, Snorkling, Joining cooking class, Going to the local market, etc. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 9: NHA TRANG- HO CHI MINH (B, L)
►Fly from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City, Take a city tour half day in the afternoon
You are free at your leisure until the flight to Ho Chi Minh City in the morning.
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh city. Be transfered to a local restaurant for lunch which will give you the chance to taste traditional food of southern Vietnam. After that, transfer for the visit of the War Remnant Museum, the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral (outside) and the French-style Post Office (outside).
After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Do check-in and free at your leisure.
Dinner on your own. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA- CAN THO (B,L)
►Explore floating Mekong Delta
07.30 AM: Heading out of the town, we set forth to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam's largest granary.
The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have an optional lunch. After lunch, we can walk around this orchard & enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music in the ancient house. Walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Optional biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. The cruise will end at VinhLong city! Then transfer to Can Tho by your private car.

DAY 11: MEKONG DELTA- PHU QUOC (B)
►Explore floating market, Fly to Phu Quoc, Relax at Phu Quoc beach
About 05.30 AM: In the very early morning, your guide will take you to Cai Rang floating market where locals go to buy and sell a variety of fruits vegetables from boats of all sizes and which is the most original ones and bustling places of the region. If you have experienced many exciting days when traveling to Vietnam, surely you get out of bed early one day to witness this lovely local market to fulfill your Vietnam Holiday.
Phu Quoc
The boat trip will give you valuable chance to observe the unique "advertisement" of local business - "Cây Bẹo": Sellers tie their goods to a tall pole so that buyers can see from a distance what they are selling. Seat on local trading boat, witness boasting activities in market, find out local life in stilt house along river.
Come back to your hotel for breakfast and relaxing. At a scheduled time, transfer from your hotel to Can Tho airport and take a short flight to Phu Quoc Island – which is among top 5 hidden Islands of the world. Welcome on arrival by your driver and check in your hotel. Relax on the beach. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.
DAY 12: PHU QUOC (B)
►Free to relax at Phu Quoc islands
Today you are totally free at leisure to relax at your resort or on the charming beach. Enjoy delicious seafood and other cuisine. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vietour Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Vietour Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental and other travel services provided by Vietour Travel.
1/ Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2/ Booking services with Vietour Travel
Bookings can be made to our office by email: hcns@vietourtravels.com or by call +84 98 373 0882. We will reply to your enquiry within 12hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.
3/ Deposit
We require a payment deposit of 25% for package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services to secure your booking.
Notes: We require full payment for all flights, train tickets, invitation letters (for visa approval at the airport) and hotel reservations in order to issue pre-paid vouchers for your services.
4/ Full payment
Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.
All payments shall be made either by telegraphic transfer (Bank wire) to our company account:

Notes: In the meantime, we also accept payment by Western Union, Credit Card Authorization or through our Paypal account. Our clients will be informed of the most convenient payment method by our sales consultants to save time and money.
5/ Vouchers
Vietour Travel will issue the official vouchers and invoices to you as soon as the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or regular mail depending on your wishes.
6/ Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour price but not utilized by the Tour member.
7/ Changes made by The Customer
In case The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions:
♦ Domestic airfare: Minimum US$20/person plus the airlines fee.
♦ International airfare: Minimum US$30/person plus the airlines fee
♦ Domestic land arrangement: Minimum 40/person plus the supplier’s fee.
♦ International land arrangement: Minimum US$40/person plus supplier’s fee.
Where travel documents and tickets have been issued, your changes can be only made subject to the availability of the airlines and the supplier’s conditions at that time. Kindly be advised that you may not be allowed to change the outbound date of departure on most discounted airfares. Please note, most discounted domestic airfares and air reservations for groups do not allow changes to be made to the date of departure for any pre-booked flights. Accommodation and cruises cannot be changed and revised within 2 working days prior to departure.
8/ Changes made by the Suppliers/Vietour Travel
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
9/ Cancellation made by The Customer
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with Vietour Travel, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
♦ More than 45 days prior to your departure day: No charge
♦ Between 30 and 44 days prior: deposit is forfeited
♦ Between 11 and 20 days prior: 30% of the tour price is charged
♦ Between 6 and 10 days prior: 50% of the tour price is charged
♦ 5 days prior: 100% of tour price is charged
10/ Force Majeure
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), Vietour Travel is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against Vietour Travel.
11/ Travel Documentations
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Vietour Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
12/ Insurance
Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.
13/ Luggage Allowance
In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
14/ Liability
Vietour Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
15/ Complaints
If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant suppliers (e.g. hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. We hope that any complaint which you may have can be handled amicably and efficiently. Our Operations staff are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot. However, where a complaint is not dealt with to the Customers’ satisfaction, Vietour Travel management can be reached at any time.
